If your organization is paying us by invoice or PO, your org admin generates access codes from the admin dashboard (you choose how many uses each code allows and when it expires). Distribute the codes to your employees; they enter the code on the redeem page and the paywall is immediately satisfied — no Stripe involved. Cleaner than Stripe coupons, and the codes carry org metadata so reporting stays clean.
Cyber-insurance carriers in 2026 expect quarterly training cadence. We model that directly: each org has cycles (e.g., 2026-Q2), each employee gets a fresh enrollment per cycle, and certificates are cycle-scoped. That way "training is current" is provable at any point during the year.
At the quiz gate. Employees can preview the training material; payment is required only when they're ready to take the assessment that produces their certificate. This minimizes wasted seats on employees who don't actually start.
